How to work with a New Lead
HubSpot sends Notifications every time you get assigned as a lead to a contact. The video shows you how that works. Make sure you turn on the Notification settings before that.
Sending Emails to Leads
You can send emails to Leads within HubSpot or by using Office365. If you set the Tracking and Logging, everything appears in HubSpot automatically. That for you have to install the Office365 extension.
How the leads are distributed?
We have a tool running in the background that checks where a lead is from, and based on his region, we distribut the Leads to you.
